Behind the project
The problem
Freelancers can end up splitting project updates across email, chat, scattered file links and spreadsheets. Jay Desk explores a single space where progress and deliverables are easier to follow.
What I built
- A responsive dashboard with freelancer authentication and a cloud-backed workspace.
- Client portals with invitation flows and dedicated project information.
- Milestone tracking, private deliverable uploads and review/approval interactions.
- Light, dark and system appearance modes with a clean, minimal interface.
Interface approach
The visual direction prioritises clear project status, focused client communication and a lightweight navigation model. The preview illustration is not an exported product screenshot.
